Is Evelina Sarian trying to buy a seat on Glendale City Council like she allegedly bought her way out of an alleged DUI?

Candidate for Glendale City Council and alleged private equity hospital profiteer sugar baby, Evelina Sarian, appears to have been charged with driving under the influence in March of 2023. Photograph stills taken from a publicly available video appear to show the arrest:

Public records indicate Sarian, under her maiden name "Evelyne Poghosyan" was arrested on March 19, 2023. She appears to pled the original DUI charge down to the lesser "wet and reckless"-- "under California Vehicle Code Section 23103/23103.5 is a plea bargain reduction from a standard DUI, involving reckless driving with alcohol involvement. It is a misdemeanor, typically resulting in lesser fines, shorter probation, shorter DUI school, and no mandatory license suspension, though it counts as a prior DUI for 10 years. "

In CA this type is deal is often arranged by paying attorneys who specialize in negotiating reduced charges.

Because irony is dead, one of Evelina's platform planks for Glendale city council is "street safety."

And while she claims to represent a "movement" public financial disclosures indicate Evelina Sarian might be using all those sweet hospital closure profits self-financing her campaign.
