Not Wise, Just Nuts: Wisenuts Podcast Continues to Clown City Officials

Somewhat local "podcasters" continue to dupe City officials into coming on their rambling bitch sessions. While none of them appear to live in Glendale, the Wisenuts consistently feature Glendale elected officials and known extremists who target our city.
Let's meet Arno Akhverdyan, Armond Garibyan, Joseph Marashlian, who produce and host this tedious podcast.
With dozens of listeners, Akhverdyan, Garibyan, and Marashlian provide their views on topics ranging from Jews and World War 3 to vaccines and teachers' unions.
The Wisenuts may look familiar, and that is because they have been spotted spewing hate and doing violence (with arrests) at Glendale Unified School Board meetings, and giving hours of airtime to GEN favorites Aneta Krpekyan, Jordan Henry, Ara Najarian, Alex Balekian (and his sister Janet!), and Vartan Gharpetian. Ardy Kassakhian and Elen Asatryan also sat for interviews, surely bringing tens of MAGA voters over to their side.
Unsurprisingly, publicly available financial and legal filings show lists of shady LLCs and PPP loan forgiveness records for the some of the Wisenuts, connected to hospices in Burbank and Altadena. Armond Garibyan walked away with over $700,000 in forgiven pandemic loans for several hospice businesses, courtesy of the Biden Administration. So glad our taxpayer dollars are saving small businesses.
Heads up to any elected official or local government worker: if you go on Wisenuts, you will be mocked, selectively edited, and look a general fool since you'll be in a channel along with notable extremists Alex Balekian, Aneta Krpekyan, Ray Shelton, and Jordan Henry.
And with that, let's meet the Nuts.
Arno Akhverdyan: a local realtor.
Armond Garibyan: Armond appeared around the Leave Our Kids Alone protests in Glendale in 2023. There, he harassed Glendale parents who showed up to voice support for LGBTQ+ students. Garibyan was at the violent June 6, 2023 riot at GUSD. It is unclear if Armond has any children in GUSD.
Joseph Marashlian: Pictured below at Mar-a-lago with Hulk Hogan and Rudy Giuliani. MAGA queen Joseph Marashlian was also part of the violent LOKA protests, where he was arrested for pepper-spraying a pastor. He has no children in GUSD and appears to live in the Valley based on publicly available filings and records. It is unclear if he has any children in GUSD.
The latest dupe, City of Glendale employee Bradley Calvert, appears to have gone on the show to try to explain the complexities of city planning.
