Glendale Mayor Ara Najarian Shares Values of "Justice and Nonviolence"

Glendale's Biggest Hypocrite and Big Boy Mayor, Ara Najarian, posted a statement via the City social media channels ahead of Saturday's No Kings protest. Organized with the help of East Area Progressive Democrats, the diverse crowd at Glendale City Hall swelled at one point to nearly 8,000 people according to estimates. It even made the New York Times!

Najarian took to social media to warn demonstrators ahead of the event.

In the public statement, Najarian called for demonstrators to behave peacefully and respectfully - something that Najarian appears absolutely unable to do himself during City Council meetings. The statement concludes that "in Glendale, passionate voices can be heard without harming the fabric of our city."

We wonder if Najarian hears himself. Is lying about GUSD curriculum to curry favor with local extremists just "a passionate voice"?

Is suing the City you serve and costing taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars in the process "grounded in our shared values of justice"?

TL;DR Ara Najarian is a massive hypocrite. He should try being peaceful and respectful at the next Council meeting. Take it from the demonstrators who were downtown: justice, peace and progress are more fun than being an angry sourpuss dickhead.
