Kaloostian and Krikorian: All Aboard the Rightwing Express (Glendale Elections)

Glendale City Council candidate Carolyn Kaloostian has flown under the radar so far during this election season. A quick look through social media suggests that she is part of the Alex Balekian and Lisa Cusack Glendale MAGA contingent. Like Balekian, she seems to be suggesting that being a doctor makes you a good city council candidate. Ah yes, working for a massive private healthcare system is EXACTLY like running local government!
Like known MAGA extremists Balekian and Cusack, Carolyn Kaloostian wants to "keep Glendale from turning into LA." This means absolutely no buses, probably no affordable housing, and definitely saving the parking lots.
But guys, come on, surely Kaloostian doesn't mean it. Well, let's look at who she follows on Instagram.
This is quite the list! We see Glendale's own extremist crybaby Ara Najarian, transphobic mamabear Erin Friday, podcast bros the Wisenuts, failed MAGA sheriff Chud Bianco, LOKA freak Nara Vard, and bonus MIKE MOHILL!
But what about her platform? Ah yes, she wants to work with HOAs, wants NO TAXES, and is not beholden to "political ladders" [sic]. Love that attention to detail, Dr. K!
GREG KRIKORIAN WANTS TO "SAVE OUR SCHOOLS":
Meanwhile former 20+ year GUSD Board member Greg Krikorian is gunning for his old seat. Here is his recent piece of mail. He seems to be trying hard to claim the "I'm a real Armenian™" lane here.
Despite a notable return to fiscal and enrollment stability under the leadership of newer board members, Greg wants to come back and help mess it all up again! And he LOVES ARMENIAN CLUBS AND STUDENTS.
